We had a home built out of state, so Tony patiently waited for us to determine the time to sell while advising us along the way. Working with Tony was an absolute pleasure every step of the way. We had met and spoken with a number of other realtors, including ones from a well-advertised website. Above and beyond! We consulted with Tony because he put the neighboring house to our place up for sale and it was sold within a couple days. First, we put an offer with him on a new house, then we also used him to sell our existing house. From the moment we first met with him, he appeared to really care and went out of his way to answer all of our questions. He kept track of all the appointments for the purchase of the new house, and recommended additional inspections beyond a standard home inspection. Also, he made numerous recommendations for vendors when we were making renovations on the new house. As far as the selling of our existing house, he used a professional photographer, and hired a stager to make sure we were able to market it and sell it quick. Tony is the absolute best. I initially met Tony 9 years ago when I was looking to buy a home. I called multiple agents before him and they basically just told me to pick a house online and they would set up time for me to see it. Not Tony. He set me up on a website that showed all listings, told me to make a list of all the houses I wanted to see, and he set up a day for us to go around and see them. When we got to the first house he had made a booklet of all the house we were visiting that day with their profiles and information so I could make notes. He went above and beyond. I ended up purchasing property and building a house. He followed up on it every step of the way. Several years later I ended up moving several hours away and renting out my house. I had tenants that wanted to buy instead of rent and he helped them as well. I finally decided it was time to sell this house as it was far away. I immediately called Tony to list the house. He walked through it and told me exactly what we needed to do to make sure we got top dollar. Since I was away, he set up all the contractors to do the work and followed up to make sure it was done.
