We worked with Donna by having her set up a filtered list of homes to send us daily. By the time I was able to get back to Florida I had a list of potential homes. Donna vetted the list, planned out a visit route and off we went.

Buying a home is stressful. Selling a home is stressful. Buying and selling at the exact same time is insanely stressful!! Im so grateful that we had Donna at our side every step of this process! We first met her when we were searching for our starter home. We desperately wanted to get away from apartment living but werent in a position to get everything we wanted in a forever home. She helped us keep our expectations in check and our eyes on the bigger picture. With her help we got a great starter home and lived there happily for 2 years while we built our resources for getting a home we truly wanted to stay in. When the time was right we, of course, we contacted Donna. We couldnt start looking until the first house was under contract. With her help and guidance, our previous home was under contract in less than 72 hrs! Then came the search for a new home. She listened to what we said and paid attention to what we didnt say. She was able to hone in on just what we were looking for in a new home. We had a small window of time to find what we were looking for because the sale of our then home was moving forward. After a few attempts without finding anything she arranged a whole day of seeing houses. The last house of the day turned out to be THE house.
