We worked with Carol late 2019 and early 2020 buying our house in Bozeman while we were still living out of state. We are so impressed with her knowledge, expertise, understanding of what we wanted, and patience working with us remotely! We had limited (and brief) windows during which we could come to view homes, she made the best use of that time. Carol was a godsend. She helped us in the purchase of our home without our ability to come see it in person. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She did a face-time video of the home, organized and interfaced with all of the various inspectors, sought out answers to all of our questions, and really stepped in to take care of us and protect us.
