I was definitely glad to have Martha on our team. She was always looking out for our best interest and "on the case" no matter what occurred during the due diligence process! When the seller did not provide information timely, she followed up until it was received. When there were questions about the flood insurance assumability, she ensured we got answers After the final walk through (we closed remotely) she identified items that had been taken by the sellers that were not agreed upon and follow up.

Martha did an outstanding job in all areas of getting our vacation home sold quickly. It was a emotional sale for us since the property had been in the family for some time. She was efficient and full of great information but she did it in a caring and professional way. She assessed the property and area comps to help us come up with a fair market price. She helped us move forward with a listing quickly so we could capture the holiday traffic in the coastal region. In doing so, she also advised us, based on her waterway expertise, in all areas of the process. In particular, she helped us navigate the due diligence and repairs. If it had not been for Martha's experence and guidance, we believe our house might have been on the market for a long period of time.
