She was always accessible and responsive to our inquiries right away. Having done this work for decades, her knowledge of the area, other realtors and service contractors is strong. We used her connections to both make for a streamlined entry and also for an excellent property sale. What is most notable is that Ellen is genuinely passionate about helping her clients. It is so clear that she is doing realty because she wants to and not because she has to. Passing on using Ellen would be an incredibly foolish move.
