This is our third home with Stacy and each one has gone fast (3 days at the most) and amazingly well! Her depth of knowledge of the process always impresses me and makes for a smooth process. Stacy is so familiar with the area she is working in so the inspection and appraisal are never an issue. I recently had the pleasure of working with Stacy on purchasing a new home. As part of a company relocation we had less than 90 days to find a home and move from Illinois to Texas, the only catch was due to COVID I was not authorized to travel and the entire process had to be done remote. This did not prove to be a roadblock for Stacy, she sent us pictures, videos, virtual tours, and even called while at properties and verbally described things for us. We really felt that she took it as a personal mission to ensure she helped us find the perfect house. One of the things that really stuck out about her as well is that her support did not stop at closing. We can a couple of things pop up that needed to be addressed in Texas at the new house before we physically moved and Stacy was a lifesaver. Stacy originally sold me my house 10 years ago when it was brand new and that was a great experience and I told her if I ever sold my house she would be the one selling it for me. So we put the house on the market on the 1st of March and it was sold by the first of April. We closed on May 5th and this was an easy and stress-free process.
