It appears to me as Executive Realty strives upon quantity of homes listed rather than quality work. Upon first meeting Charity Bayer agent Jamie Rhode, all we heard was how she wanted to work for us. After a bunch of pressure to expedite signing contracts, we decided to test the waters and list only one of our properties with her. She continually wasnt happy with having only one of the listings. The pressure continued over and over again. This was her main goal, gain as many listings on paper. Once the contract is signed it is a whole different game. We were ready to terminate the listing within 24 hours of signing the contract but we wanted to give it a chance. It got worse and then kept spiraling. Just a few of the highlights are:

Continually trying to list properties that we were not ready to list, ignoring phone calls, returning texts up to 24+ hours later, never answering questions, sharing your personal private information, lying, working with opposing realtors behind your back and sharing your personal information to sweeten the deal, offering homes that arent even listed, ignoring questions and requests from potential buyers.

Upon calling her out on the issues, the lies start flowing and she switches to a complete condescending attitude while trying to tell you that her twisted ways are in your best interest. Once she was terminated and we had to move to another agent in the office (Charity Bayer, herself) the communication completely fell off. Nothing for almost a month until we decided to pull the listing all together. Shop around! There are better agents out there! Customer Service is a dying breed.

I apologize to anyone that has to work with Charity personally, or professionally. She was one of the rudest people I've ever met, and she is not a good real estate agent. She took horrible photos of the home, not that it mattered, because she never (ever) advertised it, even though she posted other people's homes on her FaceBook, and website. Mine was never posted for over a year. When I tried to get out of my contract with her, she created fake documents and claimed I 'signed them over the phone' to keep me in a legally bound contract. I took my house off the market completely until the contract ran out. I went with a better realtor the day after the contract expired, and my home was sold one month later. Unfortunately, it was sold to Charity's client. Charity was a BAYER during the ENTIRE process. She was rude to me and my realtor, she yelled, whined, and was completely disrespectful. On closing day, she posted my home on her FaceBook (for the first time) and gave a last little dig saying: I told you, one way or another, I'd get rid of this one.
