Our situation was a unique one; we originally started working with Brian in spring 2019 to sell our home and buy again in South Carolina. Over the course of several months Brian suggested homes that fit our needs, never once pushed us toward a home that didnt suit us or wasnt in our price range and was incredibly responsive and punctual. We never felt rushed, pressured or disregarded with concerns and we were extremely impressed by Brians honesty when looking at properties! Life circumstances slightly delayed our search for a couple of months but we stayed in touch and communicated with Brian during that time, in which he was understanding. 2020 hit and so did tragic circumstances that lead our family to relocate out of the south. While our lives were chaotic, Brian and his team brought a sense of relief and stability. During the entire process of both house sales, our own house had the first sale fall through, but Brian had our home back on the market and under a new contract quicker than we could have ever expected!
