We called Cathy because we saw a sign with her contact info and 3 years later... we bought a house in New Buffalo. So, obviously, she's patient! She's knowledgeable about the SW Michigan area due to the number of years she's been a local realtor and she also lives in the area. She's a great listener, cares about your needs/wants and is easy-going... no pressure selling or leading you down a path that's outside of your specific parameters.

Cathy was patient, highly knowledgeable about the area (has lived here for many years), Harbor Country real estate, the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. She was patient with finding homes that fit our long list of needs, submitting multiple offers and generous in giving detailed feedback, helping us set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided us through every step of the way. Going through the home-buying process on such a tight timeline is stressful and we felt tremendously grateful for her guidance. She was professional and responded quickly whether by email, calling or text. Also important to us was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us to choose something she had already shown us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and was unfazed by several course-changes in our final decision on a home. Moreover, she is highly attentive to detail whether it be in the actual home itself, the listing or the contract. Bottom line I cant imagine having a more positive experience and recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to buy in this high demand market.
