Carolyn has be nothing short of amazing to my husband and I. I am a person who hates shopping. I called Carol from Florida and told her I was moving back to Colorado. I told her what I wanted in a townhome and I told her the area where I wanted to live. She would send me a few listings that met my conditions when I was in Florida when I got to Colorado I picked out five houses that she had sent me the first one I could have bought the second one I told her this is the house the third one said Ill put an offer it absolutely fit what I wanted I didnt have to go searching through houses for weeks and it is perfect.
My townhome had all new appliances put in it and I was having trouble with the microwave and the refrigerator I told Carol and she got on the phone and has an appointment that I have the repair man that fix my appliances under warranty and this is all a month after I closed on the house. She doesnt forget people she continues calling him and making sure everything is OK.
Carolyn is an incredible person and realtor. As first time buyers we had a lot to learn and Carolyn was the best teacher. She took her time to get to know us and what we like and what we want. She never pressured us into anything and always gave us her honest opinion on each house we saw. With her experience in the industry, she knew what things to look for and always made sure to point them out to us. She seemed to find something in each house that we didn't even notice, but would've been something that'd pop up in the inspection that we'd have to deal with. When it came time for the paperwork, she walked us through every section of all the documents, explaining each one and answering all our questions. Do you get that anxious feeling when you think about selling your home? So do I. I have not had good experiences in the past and am cautious by nature. Carolyn has changed that for me. Everyone said I should rent out my home as my partner and I were combining households and it seemed to be a good option. WRONG!
