Mike was wonderful to have on our side throughout this whole process. We started looking for a house probably close to a year ago and Mike traveled to Howard County to assist us with our search. He had previously helped family members buy a house which is why we chose Mike. n nMike was patient with us as our wants (needs) changed throughout the time we were looking at houses. Our ideal price changed by 100k and Mike just went with the flow and changed the search requirements for the houses he sent to us. Then, as we found out we were expecting, things changed even more but Mike was up to the task as we now needed a house within about a month and a half due to our lease ending (we were planning on extending if we needed to). n nOne of the best things about Mike is that he's not afraid to tell you his opinion and he's not offended if you don't take his advice. But Mike did save us from buying a house that was just not right for us. When we put in a bid and the sellers came back with a counter offer that was just too high still, Mike thought it out with us and explained why he thought the house was not worth what they were asking for. The sellers refused to budge and we walked away. That house is STILL on the market several months later. n nWhen we did find the right house, Mike worked with our mortgage company to ensure everything went well. He recommended an inspector that we were happy with, and made sure the sale was effortless. We had no hiccups at all! n nAll in all, Mike will not settle until you are settled (even when your goals change). Mike is a great realtor and we will be buying our next house with him as well. I was referred by my Aunt and I'm so glad I chose Mike. I had moved to Florida before my house was on the market.
