Choose your realtor wisely!! Not doing so cost us 6 months longer on the market than needed and in excess of $30k. Once we made the switch and chose to list our home with Carrie, she sold our home in 9 days. Upon listing with Carrie, she immediately changed the entire marketing strategy. She had a aggressive and decisive plan and provided marketing in multiple places (that had never been done before) to get our home noticed. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. She kept us updated often with her plan and exactly what she was doing to get the house sold. She and her team were there for the inspection and she has a Rolodex of contractors that were immediately able to step in and handle the minor things that needed to be touched up.
