This was an 18 month journey. We contacted Mike through the Dave Ramsey ELP list in or about June 2021. We had decided to purchase a family home in East Texas and sell our home of (at that time) 24 years. We talked to him about pricing, condition and location. We knew this was going to be a year to two year process. We had to remodel the family home then move. Clean out and get the Plano home ready to sell. But with Covid, delays this dragged on. But Mike was right there with us on our journey. Every up and down in the process. He check in with us on a regular basis via email and phone. He was always available for a phone call from us with questions. He did this for a year before he ever stepped foot into the Plano house in June 2022. We were able to get the house on the market in June 2022. But again the Covid house market freenzy was leveling off. So it took longer than we expected to sell our house. 8 months. But Mike kept encouraging us along the way and explaining and keeping us appraised of the market conditions. We were on target with our asking price of the house. Mike had an open house almost every weekend for the most part. Lots of showings and prospects. We did have to lower our price along the way but finally hit that magic number and the right buyer. We sold in March 2023. Mike was truly a trooper and blessing to help us with our new journey in life. I dont think anyone could have done any better.
