Buyer or seller Janis puts her clients first, and I never felt pressured to either buy or sell a particular property that I didn't think fit my needs or take a contract that was not in my best interest.

Janis did a fantastic job marketing our home. She insured that the pictures were of the highest quality and that web presence was substantial. Due to her efforts we received two solid, overlist offers with hours of the offer going live. Keep in mind that we were out of get country at the time and could only communicate via email. Janis did a great job negotiating the final offer and managed us to close a far better deal than we ever dreamed possible!!!
