Being 4hrs away and only available on weekends, Jackie would often do video tours and send us clips of houses we were interested in during the week. She was absolutely fantastic working with us long distance, going the extra mile in such a competitive market, and quickly answering our calls & texts to help us work through & negotiate a challenging home purchase. Though it took over a month for us to find a house, she never pressured us or became impatient. With her extensive knowledge of the area and attention to detail, we felt confident in her guidance and ended up buying a house before even setting foot in it!
