Rocky Primo sold our house in the off season for more money than I had expected, and was professional and pleasant to deal with as well. Being my first sale of a property, I had a lot of questions and no small number of preconceptions that were not necessarily correct. Rocky was patient and positive in taking my expectations and molding them into what turned out to be a successful plan. As often happens with real estate transactions, we had some complications (no fault of the property or Mr. Primo), and Rocky was just as accessible and responsive when things were looking grim as when things were going great; I never had to wonder where we were at in the process, or wait long for an answer. Overall, Rocky was a wealth of information and experience, and an invaluable partner, and I sincerely hope to do business with him again.
