Beths father is the former owner of our mobile home park. We knew she had intimate knowledge of the mobile home market, specifically our park.
This was the first time we had sold a property. Beth used her extensive experience and knowledge to educate us on the process, and patiently answered our questions in detail.
This sale presented challenges due to mobile home financing for the buyer, and remote closing. Beth was tireless in coordinating with the buyers lender and lawyer, always keeping us in the loop.
