Benefit of small towns are that realtors know almost everyone and everything! Once we were in the house, she asked if we needed things she could fill in with while we waited for our belongings to arrive (towels, folding chairs, cooking utensils.) She was great with follow-up questions we had, and has been welcoming to us in the community through her multiple connections. Ayn really has been great to work with and is pretty fun too!
Ayn's office team was always willing to answer questions or put us in touch with Ayn. Ayn communicates with text and email a lot, so we didn't deal with the other staff too much, but when we did it was positive.

What stood out to me about Ayn Bartok is her effort to try to understand and communicate at a level I could understand. I'm a hands on person and want to get into everything when I'm really interested in a particular property and she was patient with me. I usually took a full hour and wanted to visit again and again to make sure my feelings were true on how I really felt about the property.
