Mark was helpful in selling my house. His recommendations prior to listing were helpful and reassuring and spot on. He interfaced with the buyers (via their agent) several times regarding items I left behind, measurements, and questions in general. He arranged for a handyman to do township compliance updates, obtained a locksmith on short notice, did a lot of paper work to remove my deceased wifes name from the title and cleared up an old mortgage lien that wasnt closed out in the court house.
