I was guided by Thomas and support staff at Morris Tate Realty Group on how to best allocate improvement funds and hit the target price to clear the great return on selling my house. I had designed certain aspects of the house myself and Thomas was able to highlight those and recommend minor changes so the new owner would do whatever was necessary to get the deal closed. And there were challenges with the financing and getting the buyer over the finish line. Thomas and his staff never gave up, communicated regularly, and pushed the other side to make it work. When it came time to sell a home Id lived in for nearly 30 years, Thomas was extremely helpful! Although my home was structurally sound, it was in need of freshening up for sale. Thomas was able to make several suggestions (some I followed, a couple I didnt). He had access to resources through his company which I was clueless about:, such as a professional post- move cleaner, where and how to dispose of Stuff In The Basement! After the move, he was able to recommend a plumber for a minor faucet repair prior which turned up during the new buyers home inspection.
