Mike Baker is great to work with! My experience with Mike has been as a buyer and as a seller. He sold me my first house in 1996. He recently sold this home for me. He does a fantastic job with the due diligence. With the 2 homes he sold for me he was right on with the asking price. He has knowledge of what home inspectors may be looking for. Always available!
