Cindy is amazing. She was also my realtor when I purchased this home in 2012. Then, she had to navigate representing me even though I was in Wisconsin, leaving one job and beginning another (which made the mortgage process extremely complicated). Even after the sale, she was my first contact if I had questions. When it came time to sell, I knew I wanted to work with her again. She was wonderful. She explains everything so clearly, she never treats a question as though it's ridiculous. I also told her once that I see some of the houses she sells, and I greatly appreciate that she never treated me as anything other than a top priority, even though my house was quite small. During the sale, I was again moving to another state. She gave me a clear idea of what would make the house most appealing and what I could expect along the way. I gave her a timeline and asked that she let me know when we were in trouble, on the timeline. Not only were we not in trouble, she was able to finalize the sale at the moment I was signing my new lease in another state. I cannot say enough good things about her.
