I had originally contacted Eugene a few years back about selling my parents house. Those conversations started/stopped several times. My mother became sick 2.5 years ago and we knew she wouldn't live out the year. Immediately after passing I reached back to Eugene who came back to the house. That began a journey that took more twists and turns as we have spent 3 months getting the house ready to sell, put ON the market only to be taken off the market 48 hours after it got flooded. Which set us back another 3 months.
Throughout the 3 months, we had alot of work to do in the basement which Eugene expertly helped us with in terms of connecting us to contractors, explaining what needed to get done as well.
