When I started considering a move to the Mountain Home area, I did an online search of realtors in the area. I came across Bob Zdoras name several times. I noticed he had a local radio station show and had several youtube videos available. It was obvious he put more time into his craft than other local realtors that I came across online. I was able to get to know Bob online long before I ever had contact with him. I learned aspects of buying a home that I had not considered before. To me, there was no reason that I could think of to even consider another Broker.

I have dealt with other realtors in the past who did not put much effort in helping with the purchase of a home other than negotiating the price and setting up title companies. Bob and Linda went above and beyond, working together to help with all aspects of my purchase and move. Whenever I thought I would be frustrating them with my unending thousands of questions, they were always respectful and polite. It was rare to have outstanding communications with a realtor.
