We decided to use Realtor Chris Hall because we noticed he was selling a lot of homes in our area and he has one of the best marketing plans I've ever seen. Our relocation company (Cartus) required that we have two agents view the property and give a price analysis. The relocation agent said we should sell the property for almost 100k less than what Chris suggested.
Chris got us in contact with a home stager that gave us some great information. Then Chris had a professional photographer take photos & video and he even vacuumed the whole house right before the photo shoot. We decided to use Chris after seeing him sell a number of homes in our area. We interviewed a handful of Realtors and we decided to go with Chris even though he wasn't the cheapest. Other agents were willing to reduce their commissions. In the long run we were happy that we decided to go with Chris. We were extremely impressed with his marketing and pricing strategy, and we can tell that we were working with the real professional. Before his professional photographer came out to take photos he went through the home, vacuumed and moved items around so the home would photo the best it could. From day one Chris set our expectations properly. We had pre-planned price reductions when/if they were needed and we knew what was going to happen before it happened. After our home went under contract we ran into some hurdles in regards to needing to get a roof replaced. Chris and Angela were able to assist us the whole way through and walk us through step-by-step.
