From the beginning, Bobbi-Jo made the stressful task of selling our home into an exciting new chapter of our lives. When I was let go from my job in September our plans of a slow methodical exit strategy went into fast forward. After talking with an then signing on with Bobbi-Jo, we knew we could take care of what we needed to and she would handle the major task of marketing our home. When the house hit the market, Bobbi-Jo would call us every evening with updates. Our home sold within 5 days at 20k over asking price. After the excepted offer, she stayed active with the sale when the title company was trying to track down documents that were lost in the archives Bobbi-Jo dedicated an entire day corresponding with the lending company, title company and closing attorneys spending hour after hour on hold to get these documents found and the issue resolved. Without this generous and determined effort, we would've had to pay an extra $10000 at closing. Thank you Bobbi-Jo!
