Debbie and Brian worked with me in selecting a property by sending me email data to select properties that I would like to investigate. We emailed back and forth several times and selected several properties to visit. Debbie had a lot of knowledge about various aspects of a property that I specifically desired. The first selection I made, fell through at the time of closing because the seller ended up with a tax lien on his unit that he said he was not aware of at the time. So, Debbie quickly picked up the pace and sent me several properties to review and make another selection. She was never upset, off pace or anything but positive and moving forward. In a short time, we found another group to review; and I made a second selection. In a short time, we inspected, negotiated and made the purchase. Debbie made sure that every i was dotted and T crossed; and we closed in record time. Her expertise and negotiating skills made this deal work.
During the Closing, we went to the offices of CENTURY 21, Goodyear Green. I was impressed with the lovely office and the efficient paperwork that was presented to my husband and myself during the closing. It was a professional and delightful experience.
