We were fortunate enough to go through multiple sale processes wiht Joe. Joe was extremely easy to work with during this long process of determining what my wife and I wanted to do. He provided all the necessary information about the market and the details of the homes that we were looking at. He would point out things that only an experienced realtor or contractor would know to look for which was extremely beneficial to us in the process. We were between waiting for a new build and buying a home and we found the perfect compromise of a newly finished home without the 2 year wait.
