We were searching for a piece of woods in the area yet living 3 hours away we didn't want to waste time driving to look at property that didn't fit our requirements. We explained to Kathy the type of property we were in search of and were always was shown ones that fit our needs so our time wasn't wasted. We liked all of them but fell in love with the last one and a deal was made. She represented both us and the seller and the transaction went smoothly. She clearly explained everything we had to do as buyers and helped us connect with the title agency as well. I wished she also covered the area where we live now because when we are ready to sell we would love to have her handle selling our current home as well.
