I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Kati Bock for the sale of our home. She was professional and organized from the beginning. She was also strategic in her thinking about how to best market our home. Our home was a unique mid-century modern design and Kati knew it would draw a lot of attention if she marketed it just the right way. She put the house as 'Coming Soon' for the first few days with a professionally done video, professional photos, and a fantastic write-up. By doing this, we had agents calling to make appointments with her and we had over 12 showings our first day on the market. By the end of the first day on the market, we already had 2 offers. Once again, Kati was professional in how she handled the buyers agents and she let them know we were not accepting any offers until the end of the week since we had multiple offers coming in. This message to the agents brought competitive offers and by the end of the first week, we had 8 offers to chose from. Not only did Kati work hard during the negotiation phase, she also worked hard for us throughout the home inspection, appraisal, and closing processes. She handled all of the phone calls and correspondence and she kept us up-to-date daily on what was going on. We are so thankful for this because we were focused on finding a new home out of state during this time. I have sold several homes in my life but I've never had an agent work so hard and be as strategic and professional as Kati. We couldn't have done it without her! 2018

We chose Kati because we know Her. Because we know her there was no other choice for us. We honestly chose Kati Bock, not a company. To me she could have worked for anyone, she is what we wanted. She is professional, knowledgeable, confident, prepared, so nice, funny, personable, and the list goes on. The only thing bad about dealing with Kati is when it comes to an end, we miss the constant contact.
What can I say when/if we ever do this again, I pray she is available to take the ride with us. 2017
