The first time, 4 years ago, Marti showed me at least 10 homes. Some were out of reach, and others not just right. But though many conversations we discovered exactly what I wanted, and what I could afford. When the perfect house came on the market we both new it was just right. Marti sold me my first Florida property approximately 14 years ago. I'm originally from MD and I can easily say that , 14 years ago, Marti was the best realtor I had ever encountered, in either state! She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, responded to questions and issues in a timely manner and was with me every step of the way during that purchase. n nNothing has changed over the years. I have had reason to contact her over and over again to help me with real estate issues such as the sale of a home in MD, and most recently the purchase of an Indian Shores condo. Due to the location, the condo was not in her territory and she wasn't the primary realtor. The condo was a Fanny Mae foreclosure property.
