My name is Julie Dikeman.
Here is a little background on me. God first, Family second, Career third. I started in real estate while working in surgical sales for a worldwide company. I had an 8-year plan to transition into real estate. My 3rd year I sold 3 million dollars and loved what I did so I put in my notice and within a month of leaving my secure job, my husband was diagnosed with a tumor within his spinal cord. It took us 6 months to find a Doctor, at MD Anderson, who would attempt to removed it. We had many post-operative complications and it took almost a year and a half for his recovery. God bless us with a 95% recovery and he is back to work. I managed to sell 4 million the year we were at MD Anderson and last year was my first full time yearthat I could focus on my career. I sold 10 million and now have formed a team with the mind-set of treating customers as family members by helping them buy, sell and understand the transaction. I work hard and enjoy helping other. My background is in Ophthalmology and teaching. I hold Masters in Education so explaining the process is my strong suit. I certainly hope you will give me and my teammates, the opportunity to show you how buying or selling real estate in a smooth, effortless transition.
