We are Kevin Ho and Jonathan McNarry, partners in life and business, Broker Associates and Agents with Vanguard Properties, we specialize in residential real estate in and around our fair city of San Francisco representing buyers, sellers, investors, developers, builders families, single folks, partners, young, old, newbies to seasoned pros in all things real estate. Our clients are better prepared and educated about our marketplace and, therefore, our buyers tend to buy for less and our sellers tend to sell for more. Were in it for the long-run and we love what we do and we hope you do too. We have ranked among the Top 100 agents in San Francisco now for at least a decade and moved into the Top 50 ranks recently. We have sold close to half a billion dollars worth of real estate and that figure continues to grow.
Our client base and business continues to grow as success begets success. Together with our fearless dog Raffi, we work hard for our clients delivering guidance, education, candor, experience and exclusive opportunities.
We do real estate differently than most: we work hard, wisely and empathetically. We love what we do, whether its helping folks prepare and list their property for sale or if its helping our buyers put their best foot forward to buy property.

We also like to think that our people skills help us succeed our big black dog Raffi (a former Guide Dogs for the Blind Dog) helps us guide our clients too. We wont lead you astray (sorry for the puns!)
