I started in this business 21 yrs ago as a Loan Officer and I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 15yrs. I specialized in FHA financing, constructions loan, manufactured homes, and everything in-between. I few years after being Loan Officer I excepted a job offer as an Account Executive in Orange County. I moved on to work and train with one of the largest lending companies in CA. This opportunity allowed me to work and train in every field of financing. A few years ago I decided to make the move to a full time Real Estate Agent; within a few months I had the opportunity to run a HUD account. Working with HUD homes gave my so much more training and knowledge of this industry and it allowed me to work in so many different cities, Temecula, Menifee Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, to Redlands, Victorville, Escondido, Fallbrook, Hemet, San Jacinto, Anza.All the surrounding areas. With my background in Lending and the training I have had in HUD homes and being and AE, I am a very well rounded Real Estate Agent.
