After completing college, Candace returned to Crescent City where she began working in real estate. Her entry into this career began as an escrow assistant with Crescent Land Title, and it was there she learned vital information about how the escrow process affects real estate transactions.
Candace was raised in a family of loggers who transitioned into real estate when the logging industry began to suffer. She became a realtor which has allowed her to introduce people to the history and landscape of the most beautiful area in the world. Her lifelong interest in real estate, combined with her love of Del Norte County, makes her an asset to those buying or selling property.
Candace has one goal as an agent: to continue to educate herself on the changes in the real estate market in order to confidently assist buyers and sellers.
