Meridee Carter

I come from a long tradition of real estate professionals. My mother has worked in the real estate community in Contra Costa County since 1985. As a homeowner, I have experience in remodeling and restoration of older homes and have a passion for architecture and design.

As a Bay Area native, I have exceptional knowledge of local history, the many neighborhoods and what makes them unique, and a familiarity with various East Bay school and park districts. My daughter attended Richmond and Berkeley public schools, and graduated from Berkeley High.

I have enjoyed being a realtor in the Berkeley/East Bay area for over fifteen years, both listing properties and representing buyers. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and riding my bicycle in the East Bay hills, along the bay, and beyond.
