Before starting my real estate career in 2002, I served in the U.S. Navy and then worked as an executive for the 3M corporation in New York City. I have and continue to work with many out of state sellers and buyers. Las Vegas has a large military family. My past careers have helped me understand the professionalism required by active and retired military personnel and their families that might be in the middle of a PCS (transfer) or retiring to a new location. When the market had a downturn in 2008, I became a certified "Short Sale Foreclosure Resource" expert (SFR) to help homeowners short sale their homes instead of being foreclosed on and good credits ruined. No matter the home's age, condition or price range, I have the knowledge and experience to get it sold. Since 2002, I`v been a full time Realtor whose listed and transacted thousands of homes in the Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Overton, Logandale.
I am what you would call an active agent versus a passive agent. I prospect from 7:30 am to 11:30 am 4 days a week looking for buyers for my sellers homes.
