Joshs real estate career began in property management in 2000. In 2012, he launched his own real estate brokerage, Steck Real Estate, before joining Kentwood Real Estate in 2020. Josh takes the time to guide his clients with his expertise in buying and selling multi-unit rental properties and residential real estate. He prides himself on building long-lasting professional relationships. Josh differentiates himself by capitalizing on his knowledge of the Denver Metro rental market.
Above anything else, I love helping people make their real estate goals a reality. Josh advocates for nonprofit organizations, including Rotary International, where he received recognition as a Paul Harris Fellow. Josh also supports Nexus International and serves on the board of the Downing House Foundation. Joshs wife, Carlee, leads Denvers Santa Claus Workshop every year, which Josh also supports. Josh and his wife live in Cherry Hills Village with their three young children: son Parker, son Carson, and daughter Noelle. Josh loves all Colorado has to offer when it comes to outdoor activities.
