Louis fell in love with Colorado the moment he caught his first glimpse of Evergreen Lake. Like many of us he was not born here, but he got here as soon as he could!

Originally from Ohio, Louis graduated from Hanover College with a major in Psychology and obtained his real estate license in 1986. He went on to design and co-own real estate, mortgage, title, land development and building companies in Ohio & Kentucky. In addition to his work in the beautiful Denver foothills, Louis continues to oversee his Ohio family business and rental properties. Louis also owns an Ohio & Kentucky RE/MAX brokerage and holds supervising broker licenses in both Florida and Colorado.

Louis has had the pleasure of working in Colorado for over twelve years. During that time he has sold a gold mine in Idaho Springs, large land tracts in Trinidad, luxury homes in Evergreen, horse property in Conifer, historic cabins in Bailey, estates on sections of oil property and wonderful family homes across the front range.

Louis enjoys using all of his talents and expertise to help people successfully buy and sell homes. He is a masterful negotiator and strategist for his clients.
