Like you, I vacationed in Summit County for years, always dreaming of staying longer. Then one day I made a plan to make that dream a reality and I want to help you do the same.
I owned a small brokerage in Madison, Wisconsin before moving to Breckenridge. Through managing other agents, as well as my own business, I gained experience with nearly every type of loan and property.
Now I combine my own experience of moving to the mountains with my years of selling real estate to help people like you Own Your Summit.
My local knowledge is framed by my former point of view as a vacationer, like yourself. I relate to your perspective, because I can still remember what it is like to have a mountain dream. I want to be your resource not only for neighborhood recommendations but also for hiking trails and dinner reservations.
Like so many experiences in the mountains, buying and selling up here has challenges that are unique. Who better to show you your way to the summit than someone who climbed the mountain herself.

My job as a Realtor isn't just to sell you a home it is to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. I count my success by the number of happy clients I've served rather than by the number of houses sold.
I bring my experience as a home goods designer into my work as a Realtor to help sellers present their home at it's best and to help buyers see the potential each property has. Before moving to Colorado to make my mountain dreams come true I owned and managed a small boutique real estate brokerage in Madison, WI. Now my goal is to help YOU own you Summit home too.
