Gail is a Coach & Mentor on the Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Dedicated Professionals. The Team did 1.7 billion dollars in sales volume and 4,733 units for the 24 month period ending in 2022.
Gail joined Keller Williams Realty in 2006 building a team of 16 dedicated real estate professionals. Gail moved into leadership that same year and became a Team Leader. Over the 9 years that Gail was a Team Leader, she launched two Market Centers, incubated three core groups to become future Market Centers and turned around three struggling Market Centers into growing, productive, and profitable businesses. She was honored to be listed as one of the top 25 Team Leaders for Keller Williams Realty, International twice.
When her husband, Tim Johnson, earned his real estate salesperson license in 2014, Gail made the transition back into production where she and Tim formed The Hovey Johnson Group. In the first 90 days of going into production, The Hovey Johnson Group closed 14 units. Gail then launched a Productivity Coaching Program in a Miami Market Center and re-launched a Productivity Coaching Program in Orlando. Gails coaching programs represented 20% of the Company Dollar earned by those Market Centers while developing 25% of the agents in coaching into capping agents.
In 2018, Gail became the Expansion Team Leader and a Realtor Partner for Lucido Global Orlando. When Tim encountered some serious health issues, they returned to South Florida and Gail became the Productivity Coach for the Boca Raton Market Center and the Expansion Team Leader/Realtor Partner for Lucido Global Boca Raton.

Gail continues to coach and train real estate professionals through the recently launched Elevate Program at Laurie Reader Real Estate. Gail has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and lives by the Zig Ziglars quote You can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want. In her free time, Gail enjoys traveling, reading, the beach and music. Her favorite nights are spent with Tim and their 8 pound CairnNoodle, Mitzi. Gail also welcomed her first grandchild, John Stephen McIntyre Hellmer over the Thanksgiving 2022 Holiday.
