Growing up on Vero Beachs barrier island and Hutchinson Island in Ft Pierce, Hank has a detailed comprehension of the local neighborhoods, area attractions and schools. Hanks clients look to him for his marketing expertise, bold sales strategies, and close client communication.
I stay engrossed on giving each client my all every day which includes strategic marketing and focusing on their needs. Hank has a degree in advertising from The University of South Carolina where he studied how to plan effective marketing strategies then implement them with traditional media and cutting edge digital technology. He uses these skills today to market his clients listings.

Before joining Treasure Coast Sothebys International Realty, Hank sold advertising for the highly regarded Vero Beach 32963 publication. He coordinated hundreds of real estate advertising Campaigns for local brokerages, allowing him to gain a distinct insight on how to effectively market high-end real estate.
This position also gave Hank the opportunity to work closely with successful business people and develop a distinct connection to the pulse of the
entire Treasure Coast.

A real estate brokers license is the highest-level license in the real estate industry. Hank earned his Florida real estate brokers license August 2018, which consists of 72 hours of in classroom intensive training of; contracts, brokerage procedures, residential and commercial appraisals, fair housing regulations, closing procedures, business valuations, real estate law, tax prorations and more. Hank passed a state examination (which has a 54% passing rate) and continues training in ethics and law.
