It's no ride in the park though! If an agent say's it's no big deal...they aren't being totally honest. Buying or selling a home is a emotional roller coaster today. It's my job to find solutions and answers to over come the unseen challanges, and yes there is often unexpected challanges, from inspections, appraisals, lenders and the underwrites all whom need a central person to co-ordinate the sale and that's why you need a licensed Realtor who is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Atlanta Realtors Assoication as a minimum requirement to represent you.
That's where I come in and I have a reputation for being available almost all the time...beyond sleeping that is! I am hardworking and results orientated. I started my career in a downward market and when many Realtors are leaving the buisness my business continues to grow. You have to be tough and understaning to represent your clients and it's my goal to do both.
