Thank you for taking time to visit with me and get to know the communities in beautiful North Georgia. I hope you will feel at home here and stay for awhile - there are lots of things to see - and do.

The natural environment is a big deal here. A large portion of the real estate in in the North Georgia mountains is protected as National Forest land. What a wonderful neighbor!

Of course, Towns County boasts Lake Chatuge and amazing views of the Blue Ridge mountains; Anderson Music Hall with the festivals and concerts that go on there; and a vibrant downtown area with great restaurants, shops, and a quaint wine shop.

White County boasts the head waters of the Chattahoochee River, Anna Ruby Falls, Unicoi State Park, Buck Shoals State Park, Smithgall Woods State Park, The Hardeman Home State Park, Lake Laceola (a gorgeous, new, gated private development with a 120 acre mountain lake), Skylake (a well established, gated private development in the Sautee Nacoochee valleys with a private lake), The Sautee-Nacoochee Community Association, Helen (a wonderful, German themed tourist town), Habersham Winery, Blackstock Vineyards, The Georgia Wine Trail, the national renowned Folk Pottery Museum, and Babyland General Hospital.

Habersham County is home to many additional "creature comforts" by way of several wonderful golf courses; quaint shopping, dining, and theatre; close proximity to health care services - including a hospital; several upscale subdivisions; a growing and exceling State college in North Georgia Technical and Vocational College; a very successful private college - Piedmont College; access to larger regional shopping opportunities; and a thriving recreational department with an aquatics center;

Real estate in these areas of North Georgia holds some distinct advantages for those coming to the area. The area is approximately a one hour drive north of Atlanta - making it a favorite destination for tourists as well as first and second home buyers. It is still possible to own a mini-farm, an estate, a secluded getaway, or acreage for investment at a most affordable price with a low tax rate . White County was voted the 2nd hottest rural destination in America in 2006. It is one of the fastest growing counties in Georgia and the entire region is one of the fastest growing regions in America.

I've lived in these mountains all my life so my love of the area fosters a passion for my work. It also ensures that I am knowledgeable about what is going on here.

I am known for my honesty, energy, personality, organizational skills, and love of people. I believe this makes a great combination in my chosen field. I specialize in commercial, acreage, farms, and residential properties in White County, Habersham County, Towns County, and other North Georgia counties. I am also known for my extensive use of marketing tools for my clients. Chances are that's how you arrived here in the first place.

My career background includes experience in banking, law, accounting, human resources and real estate - a wide range of disciplines which work well together.

Whatever your real estate wants and needs, I would love to be your realtor. Give me a call or send and email today. I look forward to hearing from you!
