Darcy was raised into real estate with no intention of becoming an agent after watching her parents work so hard. In the middle of her college education, Darcy's dad recruited her into the family business to lessen the entire familys work load. The flexibility of real estate hours allowed Darcy to complete her college education. However, even a college degree in Accounting and Business Management couldnt steer her away from her destiny in real estate. An addiction for work and a love of people has placed her perfectly into the world of real estate.
Darcy has been licensed for over 14 years specializing in selling, buying and leasing residential homes, residential land and commercial property. Real estate has been an active party of her life since her mother, Debi Neisess became actively licensed in 1984. Darcy obtained her Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Management from Kennesaw State University in 1999. In 1998, Darcy became an actively licensed GA real estate agent. In 2005, she obtained her Associate Broker Real Estate license.
Darcy has participated in multiple HUD and Short Sell designated courses and is a member of the Cherokee Board of Realtors. Darcy has been a member of the Achievement Million Dollar club for 5 consecutive years.
