I know firsthand how stressful it is to navigate through all the hoops involved when handling the purchase or sale of my clients biggest assets, their homes.

Because residential real estate involves much more than just buying or selling a home and this is why Ive served as a trusted advisor and facilitator to more than 400 families to guide them through the complexity that comes with each sale because no transaction is the same as our circumstances are all unique as we all are, and thats why I believe that one-size-does-not-fit-all.

To better understand why I do this work, allow me to explain how real estate became more than just a passion. Over the last 20 years, its become my calling.

For the first 30 years of my life, I lived in Bulgaria when the country was burdened with crippling inflation and a volatile economy. Although I had always had an entrepreneurial mindset (owning a boutique shoe store & a coffee shop in my hometown), I knew that the opportunity for growth was limited.

I decided to submit an application in the green card lottery in hopes of winning a golden ticket to emigrate to the United States. In 1997, my dream became a reality. My family won the lottery, underwent a thorough background check, and bought four one-way tickets to the United States of America.

We landed in the land of opportunity with no language, no friends or family, no jobs, and no guarantees. I knew I was capable, but it would take time to prove myself. So I put my ego aside and took menial jobs to make ends meet. During the first three years, I worked as a Merry Maids housekeeper, a Waffle House hostess, and a line worker in a manufacturing plant.

Im a believer that there is no shame in what you do to make a living. There is only pride in making your own money and taking responsibility for your own destiny.

Three years later, we decided to buy our first home. It was my American Dream come true, and it made me realize something important I wanted to help fellow friends, neighbors, and strangers feel the same pride I did when I held the keys to my own home for the first time.
I began obsessively researching how to get into the world of real estate. I signed up for real estate school and earned my real estate license in 2003.

Since then, Ive seen every cycle from the real estate boom in the early 2000s to the market crash in 2008 to the pandemic-fueled housing boom of today. Its been a wild ride full of successes, failures, disappointments, lessons, burnouts, and everything in between. But through it all, Ive learned that I thrive in uncertainty because my north star has always focused on helping my clients make informed decisions along the way.

All this to say I know your time is valuable, and Im here to guide you through the home-ownership process as efficiently as possible. My results speak for themselves, and Im relentless about serving my clients.
