In 1997, while I was working in the tech field, my co-worker started looking for a house. One day, he looked at me and said, "You know, you're helping me more than my real estate agent is. What are you doing here?" I had no good answer for him. I loved my job, working with corporate clients, getting their systems up and running, but my true passion, my background, is real estate. See, I was raised by a broker & a builder. I started marketing homes at the ripe old age of 4 where I would walk in a house, find my favorite thing about that specific property and then point it out to my mom and her clients. Just imagine a 4 year old shouting, "Mamma, look at this fireplace! I COULD ROAST LOTS OF MARSHMALLOWS HERE!" Yep, that was me and my first paying job at 25 a house.

Fast forward to 20 years after my co-worker set me straight, I'm still doing what I love. Helping others find the perfect spot to roast marshmallows. Or garden, or bake, or entertain, or just spend quality time with loved ones, a good book, or a pet. I find that perfect spot for you to live your passion. My marketing skills have been honed and I charge a bit more than a quarter now, but my passion is still great, and my goal is the same, to help you make the best move possible, and to have the best possible experience doing so. It's a messy thing, with lots of facets, paperwork galore, knowing where to market and what to say, what platforms are best to use (using that technology that I still love so much), negotiating for the best price possible, and above all - how to best reach your goal. That's what I do.
