I thoroughly enjoy being a Realtor and helping individuals and families either find their perfect home, or sell their house. I have spent the past 35 years volunteering in the community helping those with physical challenges. I am a strong advocate for those with physical disabilities and with my personal experience I know the accessibility challenges one can face when purchasing a home or selling a house.
I like to think of myself as an "Accessibility Housing Consultant". When not helping my clients, I teach Continuing Education classes to Real Estate Agents for the Physically Challenged clients.
I specialize in finding the perfect home for those with unique special needs. This includes but is not limited to, the elderly population, children with special needs, as well as those with a catastrophic injury or illness. Not only can I help in the purchase, but I can help sell your current house that has been accessibility altered.
Being keenly aware that the purchase of a home and the selling of a house are both major events in a person's life, I want to be sure the best, most appropriate matches are being made.
