A native Atlantan, Matt not only knows the landscape of the neighborhoods of the city, but he's lived in many of them after growing up in Chastain Park and attending Pace Academy and Georgia Tech. A lifelong athlete, he started his career in sales in the sports equipment industry, developing strong negotiation skills and an ability to acutely listen to customers and clients. Matt began his real estate career working on the investor side of the market, gaining valuable insights into what makes (and breaks) a good investment in real estate. Now operating more with traditional clients and families, Matt brings expertise from his prior experience and helps clients evaluate potential deferred maintenance costs, resale potential and different improvement strategies. The son of a small business owner, Matt learned a tireless work ethic by watching it daily. He saw his dad work relentlessly for his clients and takes the same approach with buyer and seller clients. In today's world, speed and attention to detail are essential...which means attentiveness to every client is crucial. His pledge to every client is: He will put your interests first, listen well and work for you and your family at any hour of the day. When he's not working with clients, Matt enjoys golf, being in the yard with his family and watching Braves baseball. Matt remains heavily involved with Young Life in Atlanta after a decade as a leader at The Westminster Schools.
