Real Estate is an industry that I love and put my whole heart in to because I see and have personally experienced the way it's changes people's lives!
I've been a full time licensed Realtor since I was 22 yrs old. That was 2007 and what a time to enter this career! I was helping buyers find their first homes and enjoying the governments tax credits, I was maneuvering short sales and foreclosures.
Since then I've seen the market boom, and helped sellers navigate 25+ offers on their homes, and helped buyers to stand out in a crowd of offers like those.
Last I saw interest rates sky rocket which has impacted people's affordability and yet the market hasn't been hit as badly as once expected. Prices haven't dropped, they're just climbing because we are still in such a housing shortage.
I've sold neighborhood homes, lake estates, custom built homes, new construction with all the local builders, condos, single and multi family rental properties, large acreage ready for development and small acreage with manufactured homes. I've worked with families selling property to settle estates, lots of relocations and through that even helped clients buy homes sight-unseen.
I owned and operated my small team from 2017-2022 and outside of that I've always worked for myself. Serving clients and owning a team are two totally separate avenues - and I much prefer serving my clients! I personally sell 30+ homes per year and had my busiest year in 2018 selling 52 homes myself - wow that was a crazy year!
I was born in Coeur d'Alene ID and grew up in Spokane WA. I spent one year after high school in Portland and was happy to come home. I serve my clients in both WA & ID now and I love being able to help all around this area.
My husband Jake is also a Realtor, we've been married since 2006 and we have been blessed with 3 young sons who bring us so much joy! We are Christians and strive to let Jesus's light shine through our lives. We believe in honesty, respect, great communication and hard work.
